What I do

Web design

I've been designing, planning and building websites for over ten years and worked with internationally recognised brands like Liebherr, IAG and Lloyds Register.

With all the sites I build, a lot of work is put it to promoting within the major search engines. Using only natural and ethical optimisation techniques, to deliver top rankings together can position your website above the competition.

Branding

A strong brand is essential in today's market in the daily fight for customers. A good company image can convey trust and is the source of a promise to your consumer. It's a foundational piece in your marketing communication and one you do not want to be without.

CMS (Content Management System)

If you require a website which requires regular updates, I can build a content management system, so you can update your site in-house without the expense of someone like myself editing your pages for you. This will allow you to update information as soon as it becomes available. Secure, simple and easy to use, putting you in control.

Flash (web / CD-Rom / CMS)

If you prefer Flash to XHTML, I can build content management systems into a Flash website, allowing you to easily create, update and arrange Flash content from any web browser.

A CD-Rom is often a great marketing solution, offering your consumers your entire catalogue in an interactive format and quite often more cost effective than the printed alternative.

E-commerce

My e-commerce solutions are tailored to your needs. I can provide a stable, secure and easy to up-date solution for selling your products and/or services globally. A secure content management system allows you to manage your store online, anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection of course.

Illustration

I can provide a visual solutions to elucidate or decorate your project. From character design, cartoon style, icon design and more. See examples of my work.

Hosting

I offer Linux hosting with up-to-date PHP and MySQL, as well as an advanced webmail program for accessing your email anywhere.

Windows hosting is also available if absolutely necessary.

Cropping control in Photoshop 2

Normally, when you crop an image, Photoshop deletes the portion of the photo that you cropped so it's gone forever. If you're cropping a layered file, you can tell Photoshop not to delete the cropped material, making it easy to revert back if you change your mind. To do this, go to the options bar and, in the cropped area section, turn on the 'Hide' radio button. From now on, Photoshop will hide the cropped area outside the document margins instead of deleting it, meaning that though you won't see it on screen, it's still part of your file. In fact, if you want to resurrect the cropped portion, choose Image > Reveal All and Photoshop will automatically resize the canvas to reveal anything that might be outside the canvas (the previously cropped part). If you want to bring back a portion of the cropped area, just use the 'Move' tool to reposition that area back into view.
